There are a different rates based on booking per person or per house, whether or not dining is included. Below you will find FAQ for both types of reservation, when renting the whole house or per person only.

When renting per person

What does the price per person include?

You pay 120 PLN for one person to rent any room in our house one day. In addition you can request a breakfast for 25 PLN and/or dinner 35 PLN. Total price for a one person with food is 180 PLN. You can use all facilities in the house: Living room, Hunting room, FirePlace area, Bar, Terrace (apart from the kitchen and staff area). To see the facilities, just click on the room name. You can order a breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. Taxes are not included.

Children

There is no charge for children under 3 years old. Children over 3 - 13 pay 50% off from a standard price.

When renting on full House basis

What does the price per house include?

Use of the whole house: 10 en-suite bedrooms upstairs, Living room, Dining room, Hunting room, Bar, Terrace, Kitchen downstairs, excluding the staff only area.

What is available in the room:

• A full set of bed covers, bed sheets
• The Towels
• A hotel style soap and shampoo
• A Toilet paper

Fully equipped bar:

• Ice maker
• Glasses for wine, champagne, beer, shot glasses
• Bottle opener etc.

Fully equipped kitchen with:

Plates, cutlery, pans, mugs, coffee cups, cutting boards, bowls, etc.

A standard kitchen appliances, Thermomix, coffee machine, microwave, 2 x fridge and freezer, bread cutter, toaster, dishwasher.

Children

There is no charge for children under 3 years old. Children over 3 - 13 pay 50% off from a standard price.

All children (a person under 16 years of age) staying at the Dwór must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Cots and extra beds are available in our property. However, these are limited and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Please check at the time of booking.

Please note:

Please know that there is one person who lives in the house. That person is looking after the house and our animals regularly but has a separate entrance a living space. That person is not disturbing anyone or his presence is not visible to our guests.

Not included in the price:

Dishwasher tablets, bin bags, washing up liquid other left by the owner food and beverages.

Additional price:

Fireplace - A full wheelbarrow of wood: 10.00 PLN

Additional cost of 100.00 PLN if the house is left very messy.

General

Does the Dwór need a deposit or a payment in advance?

No Booking shall be treated as confirmed until the details and/or payment/deposit described in this paragraph have been provided.

We require 30% upfront payment to confirm your reservation. Also a €250.00 deposit that will be returned on your departure to cover costs of any damage to the household goods.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

As soon as you pay 30% of your total stay your reservation will be confirmed. We can also email a copy of this confirmation if you wish. It will include your reservation details.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Yes, it’s easy. You can cancel your reservation maximum 4 weeks prior to the date of your arrival to receive the money back. Please email us on: info@dworszwalk.pl
